Good cow bell work is done mostly on Latin Music. Man talk about some great rhythms.

For the lighter side, Early Santana, Mountain with the intro to "Mississippi Queen".

Also some cowbell work done on Grand Funk, Miami Sound Machine, The Chambers Brothers, Sheila E...

Quite a few others, but I can't remember at the moment.
