fast roll.
Or.... the same roll but louder.
Depends on how you strike L and R.

This is an old thread, but it's worth watching Rabb at work. I have started to learn the gravity blast or rim roll and I realize now that I was being misled by some other You Tube lessons. Rabb shows how it's done and what its potential is.
