Ludwig accent drums can sound really good if some drummers take the time to change the heads and use the muffling and resonators that acquire the sound they need.
I had the same kit some years back. I wasn't happy with the heads they came with.
But some drummers just gripe and feel cheated. As a drummer of different genres, I miss that kit.
I don't have the room to keep all the kits that I've used in the past.
