***Advice needed quickly***

I am a college student and I am about to head back to school in about two hours from Thanksgiving break. We only have about two weeks of school left so I am leaving my kit at home but I want to take back my pedal and use those two weeks to build up my double bass chops a little more. Problem is, I don't have a bass drum practice pad and ordering one at this point would be useless b/c by the time it got there, it would be time to come back home.

So, my question is: Does anyone have any tips on what to use for practice? I want the resistance of my pedals. An ideas on what to set it up to or how to stabilize it so it doesn't move?

I only have about two hours so any help would be amazing! Thanks in advance
