hmmm, damn i don't have a metronome...
so non-stop drumming for around 30 mins each time helps?

Practice is great but only when it's productive practice. Practicing the wrong things will only make you worse of a drummer!

That's one of the key benefits of having a drum instructor or just someone better than you to guide you through some things. A teacher will help you to practice things the right way.

yeah dude this is all good advice, and once you get some rudiments down move them around the set, like play a parrididle with your right on the ride and left on snare, this helps move around the set faster a lot, then you can get better and cleaner fills in

My legs are giving me the problem, i can't get consistent double pedalling.

There are tons of combinations....The first parradiddle beat I learned was just bass and snare, BSBB SBSS, it sounds sorta...Staunton Moore.. Srung Monkey-ish. Just fool around. That the good thing about learning rudiments, the give you alot of possibilites, they make your playing more fluid, and they encourage creativity.
