Rogers floor tom

Hello,
I'm a new member, that just joined. I have 1972 set of Rogers that I refinished and currently use. They consist of 12,13,16,22, I am looking for a 18" floor to add to them. If anyone out there can help me, I would appreciate it. Please reply.

Obie

Re: Rogers floor tom

I have a 9 pcs Gretsch and found that a Ludwig Maple 18" floor tom has complemented my kit.

By the way how's Choowie and Solo doing, seen them lately? Just messing with you...Haha

But seriously the 18" Ludwig Maple floor tom sounds great with my Gretsch kit.

Good luck on your quest. Gretsch Renown or USA Custom are pricey. Rogers are a different species and also pricey. You can try E-Bay.

Re: Rogers floor tom

Found this on Craigslist, I don't know if it may help but it's in PA. I don't know where your from, but at least I tried to help. So click below and see.

VINTAGE ROGERS DRUMS - 5 piece - 1972

It probably would cost more to get what you want if you got it custom made. Besides there is another Tom that you don't have, a 14". You did not mention if it' rack or floor type. I know that If I had the bread, I would go for it. Besides you can refinish this kit and combine.

Good luck on your venture.
