Thumbs down buying a set

Been outa the game awhile. Thinking of buying a used set, Tama Starclassic, with some Sabian cymbals. But I'm not familiar with Tama. What do you think?

What kind of shape is it in, how many pieces, what kind of Sabains and how much?
